First, open a Capcut project, then do the following steps.

1. Add a new text clip over a video in Capcut.
2. Extend the text clip duration to match the video.
3. While the text clip is selected, choose the Tracking tool.
4. Adjust the tracking circle over the object for the text to follow.
5. Tap on Start Tracking and watch the text follow the object.

Playback and watch.
